  • Offices 

    Premium payments at our Branch Offices can be done by:

    The cheque should be payable to DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Co. Ltd. followed by your policy no.

    Please mention your name, address and contact no. at the back of the cheque.

    The Demand Draft should be in favour of DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Please mention your policy no. name, address and contact no. at the back of the demand draft.

  • Customer Service Helpline  

    Payment via Credit Card at Customer Service Helpline (Toll Free)


    You can pay your premium through your credit card over phone by calling our Customer Service Helpline Number is 1800-102-7070 (toll free) . You will be assisted by our customer service representative in making the payment.

    Please keep your OTP (One time Password) handy before calling. OTP is a one time password issued by your credit card company for making payments through credit card over the phone. It has limited time validity. For more information, you can get in touch with your credit card company.


    This service is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.



    Payment via Credit Card at our Offices


    You can also pay your renewal premium through your credit card in any of our branch offices. Just walk in to our branch office and swipe your credit card. (No transaction fee) Please refer to the office tab above for branch office addresses.

  • Cheque Pick Up

    Have a renewal premium payment cheque picked up from your doorstep. Please click here for Cheque Pick Up.

  • AXIS Bank

    You can visit any Axis bank branch (link of Axis bank branch)in India and can pay your premium over the counter through

    • Cheque
    • Cash (Upto Rs. 50, 000)
    • Demand Draft

    Please carry the billing notice while visiting the Axis Bank branch (not mandatory). You would receive an acknowledgement from the bank.

    This payment option is available within the payment window of 50 days before the Due date, and up to 179 days after the Due date. This option is not available for Top-up payments.

  • ECS 

    Electronic Clearance System (ECS) is an automated facility that debits the premium amount from your bank account on a date decided by you.

    • Policyholders can opt for ECS / Direct Debit facility at any time during policy term
    • Company offers this facility free of cost to all its policyholders

    How to Register:

    • Fill and duly sign the ECS/ Direct Debit mandate provided at the end of this section
    • Provide one original cancelled cheque (of the bank account mentioned in the mandate form) with the policyholder's name clearly printed on the cheque leaf or Photocopy of self attested Bank statement or Pass book for account details verification
    • Submit the mandate at any of our Branch Offices or hand it over to your DHFL Pramerica Sales Person or mail it to the following address:

        4th Floor, Building No. 9 B, Cyber City, DLF City Phase III, Gurgaon - 122002

    • To avail this facility, you are required to submit the documents at the end of this section, at least 60 days prior to the next premium due date

    Important Information

    • Monthly mode policies: the policyholder is required to pay two months premium in advance along with the mandate form.
    • Original mandate: This should be submitted with every application received at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance. In case MICR code begins with ERO please obtain correct MICR code from respective bank branch along with bank attestation or updated cheque leaf
    • Choice of Draw Dates: Policyholders can opt for draw dates as mentioned on the mandate form, for timely debit of due renewal premium.
    • Joint Account: In case of joint account, signatures of both the account holders are mandatory.
    • Incorrect/Incomplete information: In such cases, registration will not be initiated.
    • Timelines for Registration: We will take an average of 30 days from the date of request received (once policy is issued) to register the ECS/Direct Debit Mandate. In case of the amount varying on account of Counter offers, revised premiums, additional insurance/riders, revised ECS mandate will be required to be submitted.
    • Opted debit date is before the due date: Amount paid in advance will remain as interest free deposit and will be settled against due premiums only on the premium due date.
    • Policy in Lapse Status: In this case the renewal premium(s) due falls in next 60 days, the policyholder is required to pay the due premium(s) either through cheque or cash.
    • Debit Draw date on a holiday: In case the debit draw date is falling on a holiday, the premium amount will be deducted on the next working day.
    • Withdrawal from ECS/Direct Debit mode: This is allowed at least 15 days prior to the due date of ECS/ Direct Debit submission.
    • Cancellation: There are no additional charges towards cancellation of the ECS/ Direct Debit mode or recovery of such additional charges from the benefits payable under the policy.
    • Premium payment for ECS locations falling under non-rolling settlement will be debited on the dates given by RBI/Clearing House.

  • NEFT

    National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT)/Electronic Cash Management System (E-CMS)


    You can exercise this option to make premium payment through net banking in 4 easy steps:


    Important Information

    You can also visit your bank branch where you hold an account and make your premium payment, provided your bank branch is NEFT enabled. The form will be available at the bank.

        Visit your bank's website and access your account through the login id and password provided by your bank.

        Go to the money transfer menu in your account and follow the required steps.

        Enter exact premium amount and complete the transaction. The premium payment will be transferred to DHFL Pramerica.

      • Please round off your premium amount to next decimal. For e.g. 1209.78 to be treated as 1210

      • Short premium payment shall not be allocated in your policy.

        For e.g. if premium due is Rs 1000 and amount transferred is Rs. 990 then the entire amount of 990 shall be returned to your bank account in 48-72 hrs.

      • Excess premium payment shall not be allocated in your policy.

      • This option is not available for Top-up payments

      • HDFC Bank account holders would have to use the option of net banking for online transfer of the premium from their HDFC account. They cannot transfer premium through NEFT.

  • SBI Branches

    You can now walk into any SBI and pay your premium. Please fill in the customized deposit slip enclosed here and submit it at your nearest SBI branch.

  • Postal Money Order

    • Policyholder shall buy a money order form at the counter of the post office.
    • Fill in the necessary details in the money order form and duly sign it and submit it at post office counter.
    • The beneficiary name/ payee name shall be “DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Co. Ltd.” and address/ place of payment shall be 4th Floor, Building No.9B, Cyber City, DLF City Phase III, Gurgaon-122002
    • The money order shall be paid to the payee at the address mentioned on the form.
    • The amount for which a single money order may be issued must not exceed Rs 5000/-
  • Bank Guarantee

    • The policyholder shall submit bank guarantee issued from its respective banker, at the time of buying DPLI policy.
    • DPLI may invoke the bank guarantee incase the policyholder defaults in payment of premium.
